Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Calendar Clock (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Calendar Clock displays the events of your Google Calendar on a clock-style interface for personal scheduling. Core features are provided free of charge on an "as is" basis.
Only a few specific features are offered as paid. For those paid features, pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase, and your separate consent is required before charging.
3. Your Google account
You are responsible for keeping your Google credentials safe. The Service reads and modifies events on calendars you own or subscribe to, only in response to your explicit actions in the clock-face UI (create, edit, drag, delete). The Service does not modify your calendar list, sharing settings, or any other account property.
You may revoke access at any time by signing out, or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) abuse the Service to harm others or our infrastructure, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the calendar visualization and you should rely on Google Calendar itself for authoritative scheduling.
6. Paid features and billing
If you purchase a paid feature, the price, billing cycle, automatic-renewal terms (if any), and supported payment methods will be displayed before checkout. Payment will be processed through a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
Subscription-based paid features may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings.
Refunds and consumer protection: For users in the Republic of Korea, the right of withdrawal under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies. Outside Korea, refund eligibility depends on the conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable local law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
